At Krystle Cole Fine Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your artwork, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a processing.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original shipping box and protective materials to prevent any damage during the transit process.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
